We are seeking a warm, creative, and passionate Pre-Primary Teacher to nurture and educate young children in their early years of learning. The ideal candidate will create a safe, engaging, and stimulating classroom environment that supports children’s social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development.
Age: between 22 and 45
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Diploma or Degree in Montessori, NTT, or equivalent qualification.
- Prior teaching experience in pre-primary or kindergarten preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, creativity, and enthusiasm for working with young children.
- Basic computer skills for documentation and communication.
- Strong classroom management skills.
Experience:
- 1–3 years of relevant teaching experience preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities.
- Foster a positive, caring, and inclusive classroom environment.
- Develop foundational skills in literacy, numeracy, and communication.
- Use creative teaching methods such as storytelling, music, art, and play-based learning.
- Monitor and assess children’s progress regularly.
- Maintain student records and prepare progress reports.
- Ensure classroom safety and hygiene at all times.
- Collaborate with parents through meetings and regular communication.
- Organize and participate in school events and activities.
- Support children’s emotional and behavioral development.
