1. P&L & Business Strategy
- Revenue Targets: Accountable for quarterly and annual sales targets, driving new business acquisition in B2B corporate, experiential, and large-scale wedding portfolios.
- Budgeting: Oversee full Profit & Loss (P&L) management, resource allocation, and forecasting.
- Market Expansion: Identify regional trends, competitor activities, and new business verticals to scale the agency.
2. Client Relationship & Sales Leadership
- Key Accounts: Act as the strategic sponsor and lead negotiator for high-ticket clients, government agencies, and brand collaborations.
- Proposal Oversight: Collaborate with creative and technical teams to curate winning event concepts, immersive showcases, and tech-driven experiential solutions.
3. Event Execution & Operations
- Quality & Timelines: Ensure all events—from exhibitions to large-scale conferences—are delivered flawlessly according to quality standards and safety regulations.
- Vendor Management: Negotiate master service agreements with top-tier vendors, suppliers, and entertainers across India.
- Crisis Management: Act as the primary escalation point, resolving high-level on-site challenges and mitigating risks.
4. Team Leadership
- Mentorship: Lead, mentor, and motivate departmental heads (Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Creative).
- Performance Management: Set Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and align sales commitments with on-ground execution capabilities.
5. Marketing & Brand Positioning
- Brand Growth: Formulate marketing strategies to strengthen the company’s industry presence.
- PR Collaboration: Partner with PR and digital teams for lead generation and brand visibility.
Industry Qualifications & Benchmarks
- Experience: Typically 8+ years of progressive leadership experience in event management, experiential marketing, or the hospitality sector.
- Skillset: Requires deep knowledge of regional vendor networks, strong commercial acumen, and crisis management capabilities.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
