Key Responsibilities
* Manage and grow the company's social media presence across platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook
* Create engaging content including posts, reels, stories, and marketing creatives
* Plan, schedule, and execute social media campaigns
* Enhance audience engagement and brand visibility
* Support digital marketing and employer branding initiatives
* Monitor performance metrics and prepare basic reports
Preferred Skills
* Basic understanding of Social Media Marketing
* Familiarity with Canva or other design tools
* Content writing and copywriting skills
* Knowledge of LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook platforms
* Basic video editing skills are an advantage
* Strong communication and creative thinking abilities
