Job Summary
Keshvin Hyundai is seeking a customer-focused and experienced Bodyshop Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer interactions related to accident repairs, preparing repair estimates, coordinating with insurance companies, and ensuring timely delivery of repaired vehicles while providing an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive and inspect accident and body repair vehicles.
- Prepare accurate repair estimates and explain repair procedures to customers.
- Coordinate with insurance surveyors for claim approvals and documentation.
- Open and manage job cards for bodyshop repairs.
- Follow up with customers regarding repair progress and vehicle delivery.
- Coordinate with technicians and bodyshop supervisors to ensure timely completion of repairs.
- Ensure all required documents are collected for insurance and cash repairs.
- Address customer concerns and resolve complaints professionally.
- Achieve customer satisfaction and service quality targets.
- Maintain proper records of repair orders, estimates, and insurance claims.
- Upsell value-added services and genuine Hyundai parts where applicable.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹27,401.81 per month
