Role Overview
We are looking for a Marketing Executive to support our export business through market research, customer communication, and marketing collateral. This role requires excellent English and communication skills, as the person will regularly interact with overseas customers, plant personnel, and the lab team.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct market research on export markets, competitors, and potential customers/distributors
- Draft and send emails to overseas customers and prospects; handle phone calls with international clients
- Coordinate communication between the plant, lab, and customers for order updates, quality queries, and documentation
- Manage social media presence and keep the company website updated
- Prepare presentations and marketing materials for customer meetings and trade communication
- Support the sales team with follow-ups, inquiries, and lead tracking
Pay: ₹9,946.76 - ₹33,715.41 per month
