Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, converting inquiries into customers, maintaining client relationships, and achieving monthly sales targets through effective communication and follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound sales calls.
- Generate and qualify new leads.
- Convert leads into successful sales.
- Follow up with prospective customers regularly.
- Explain company products/services and resolve customer queries.
- Maintain accurate customer records in CRM/Excel.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth customer onboarding.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Prepare sales reports and update management on progress.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and convincing abilities.
- Good interpersonal and relationship management skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and CRM tools.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
- Positive attitude and self-motivated approach.
Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
- 0–3 years of experience in Sales, Telesales, Business Development, or Customer Relationship Management.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
Salary
₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month (depending on experience) + Performance Incentives.
Working Hours
- 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
- 6 Days Working
