We are Hiring for Sales Executives,
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven #SalesExecutive with 1-4 years of experience in the #FMCG. Based in Bengaluru, this role involves intercity travel and requires someone who can build strong client relationships, drive territory growth, and consistently exceed sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
· Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets in assigned territory.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and customers.
· Promote and increase the visibility of #Teaproducts in the market.
· Collect market feedback and report competitor activity.
· Ensure timely delivery and proper merchandising of products.
· Maintain accurate records of sales and customer interactions.
Qualifications:
· Diploma or Graduate in any discipline is preferred.
· Educational background should demonstrate good communication and basic business understanding.
· Candidates with formal training or coursework in sales, marketing, or business management will be an advantage.
· Must have a basic understanding of customer engagement, sales processes, and product promotion.
Preferred Skills:
- Strong knowledge of the #FMCG, including consumer behaviour and competitive landscape
- Experience in channel sales, #distributormanagement, and modern trade/retail execution
- Proficiency in using CRM tools, sales analytics platforms, and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong negotiation and closing skills with a track record of exceeding sales targets
- Ability to analyse sales data and market trends to make informed decisions
- Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills to manage teams and stakeholders across multiple locations
- Fluent in English and Kannada; additional regional languages are a plus
- High level of adaptability and problem-solving ability in fast-paced environments
- Proven ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities and geographies
