About the Role
We are looking for a highly analytical and results-driven Performance & Analytics Specialist to join our global analytics team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Power BI, data analytics, reporting automation, and AI/Gen AI solutions. This role is responsible for designing and delivering impactful analytics solutions that enable data-driven decision-making and improve business performance across global operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI.
- Build efficient data models and create meaningful visualizations to support business performance monitoring.
- Automate reporting processes to improve efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.
- Develop and implement AI/Gen AI-powered analytics use cases and process automation initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and deliver end-to-end analytics solutions.
- Analyze large datasets and translate complex business data into actionable insights and recommendations.
- Monitor key business performance metrics and provide data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Ensure data quality, consistency, and governance across reporting platforms.
- Work closely with global teams to support business planning, performance tracking, and strategic decision-making.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 4–7 years of experience in Performance Reporting & Analytics.
- Strong hands-on experience with Power BI, including dashboard development, data modeling, DAX, Power Query, and reporting automation.
- Experience in AI/Gen AI use case development, analytics solutions, and business process automation.
- Proven experience delivering reporting and analytics projects from requirement gathering to deployment.
- Experience working in a global product-based organization.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to convert complex datasets into clear, actionable business insights.
- Experience with SQL, Excel, and data integration tools is an added advantage.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with cloud analytics platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
- Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.
- Exposure to Python or R for analytics and automation is desirable.
- Experience working in Agile project environments.
