Job Overview
ZFORB International is looking for ambitious and result-oriented Travel Sales Consultants to join our growing team. This is a sales-focused role where consultants will work on company-generated leads, understand customer travel requirements, create customized holiday packages, and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact and manage company-provided leads through calls, WhatsApp, and email.
- Understand customer requirements, budget, and travel preferences.
- Create and present customized domestic and international holiday packages.
- Follow up with prospects and build strong customer relationships.
- Guide clients throughout the booking process.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue goals.
- Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM.
Requirements
- Strong communication, negotiation, and sales skills.
- Passion for travel and customer interaction.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Prior sales or travel sales experience is preferred.
