Job Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented R&D Executive to support the development of new cosmetic, personal care, and herbal products. The role involves formulation development, product improvement, laboratory testing, technical documentation, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure product quality, innovation, and regulatory compliance.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Develop, optimize, and validate formulations for cosmetic, personal care, and herbal products.
- Conduct laboratory trials, stability studies, compatibility testing, and product evaluations.
- Research new ingredients, active compounds, herbal extracts, and industry trends to support innovation.
- Prepare and maintain formulation records, product specifications, SOPs, and technical documentation.
- Evaluate raw materials and identify suitable alternatives for product enhancement and cost optimization.
- Coordinate with Production, QA, QC, Procurement, and Regulatory teams for product development and scale-up activities.
- Investigate and resolve formulation, stability, and manufacturing-related issues.
- Ensure compliance with GMP, quality standards, and applicable regulatory requirements.
- Maintain accurate laboratory records and prepare development reports.
Qualifications:
- B.Sc. /M.Sc. in Chemistry, Cosmetic Science, Biotechnology, Pharmacy, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in Cosmetic, Personal Care, Herbal, or Essential Oil product development.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
