Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar for an Information Technology Manager. The selected candidate will oversee the IT infrastructure and systems within the organization, ensuring optimal functionality and security. Responsibilities include managing IT operations, implementing technology solutions, leading IT projects, resolving technical issues, and ensuring compliance with data security policies. The IT Manager will also provide strategic guidance to enhance system performance and collaborate with various teams to drive technology initiatives that support the company's goals.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of IT Infrastructure Management, System Administration, and Network Security
- Experience with IT Project Management, Strategic Planning, and Vendor Management
- Proficiency in troubleshooting, diagnosing technical issues, and implementing effective solutions
- Familiarity with Cybersecurity, Data Protection, and Compliance Standards
- Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- Certifications such as ITIL, CISSP, or PMP are advantageous
- 3-5 years of experience in IT management or a similar role
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing technologies
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
