As we continue to scale, we’re looking for a talented and passionate Digital Marketing Executive to manage and grow the social media presence of our founders – Akash Garg and Murtaza Udaypurwala.
Role Overview:
As the Digital Marketing Executive – Founders’ social media, you will be the voice behind the screen for our founders. You'll strategize and execute compelling personal brand content across platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, and Twitter to help them build thought leadership, influence, and engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow the personal social media profiles of both founders.
- Plan and execute monthly content calendars tailored to each founder’s unique voice and industry persona.
- Draft impactful captions, engaging carousels, short reels, and stories aligned with brand narratives.
- Collaborate with in-house design and video teams to produce visually appealing content.
- Track performance using analytics tools and refine strategies for growth and engagement.
- Stay updated with social trends, memes, and platform algorithm changes to keep content fresh.
- Monitor inboxes, comments, and mentions; respond or escalate professionally and promptly.
- Experiment with new growth strategies—collaborations, niche hashtags, and feature adoption.
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing or social media management.
- Proven success in managing personal brand accounts is a strong plus.
- Excellent writing, storytelling, and content ideation skills.
- Deep understanding of social media algorithms and user behaviour across LinkedIn, Instagram, and Twitter.
- Highly organised and self-driven, with the ability to multitask and collaborate with multiple teams.
- Familiarity with social media analytics and content scheduling tools.
Bonus Skills:
- Proficiency with tools like Canva, Buffer, Later, or similar.
- Basic video editing and creative skills.
- Design knowledge for quick turnarounds and visual consistency.
