Key Responsibilities

- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Handle cash, credit card, and digital payments.
- Maintain product displays and ensure shelves are well-stocked and organized.
- Monitor inventory levels and report low stock to supervisors.
- Assist with receiving, unpacking, and arranging merchandise.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and product returns according to company policies.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
