We are seeking a motivated and performance-driven Sales Engineer with a solid understanding of industrial instrumentation, automation solutions, and process control. This position focuses on engaging with customers, offering the right technical solutions, and contributing to overall sales growth.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Explore and develop new sales opportunities within the industrial instrumentation and automation market.
- Interact with customers to understand their operational, measurement, and control needs.
- Recommend suitable products and solutions based on technical and commercial requirements.
- Conduct product briefings, technical discussions, and solution presentations.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and participate in tender submissions.
- Handle negotiations and finalize orders while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with engineering, service, and operations teams to ensure timely execution of projects.
- Strengthen relationships with existing customers and expand the client base.
- Monitor market trends, competitor offerings, and industry developments.
- Meet assigned sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Degree or Diploma in Instrumentation, Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical, or a related engineering discipline.
- 1 to 5 years of experience in selling industrial instrumentation, automation, or process control solutions (fresh graduates with strong technical knowledge can also apply).
- Familiarity with sensors, transmitters, flow measurement devices, analyzers, PLC/DCS systems, pressure and temperature instruments, and calibration tools.
- Strong communication, persuasion, and presentation abilities.
- Capability to translate customer needs into effective technical and commercial solutions.
- Willingness to travel for client interactions, site visits, and business development activities.
