Key Responsibilities:
- Effectively address technical issues related to our website and software.
- Proficiency in MS PowerPoint, MS Word, and MS Excel.
- Identify and resolve technical problems to ensure smooth software usage.
- Provide timely and accurate responses to technical inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Educate customers about the software's latest features and functionalities to create reports.
- Demonstrate multitasking skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Act as a technical support resource for our clients and customers.
- Expertly handle conflicts and critical technical issues with customers.
- Follow up with clients to ensure the resolution of their technical concerns.
- Monitor technical complaints across various communication channels and offer assistance.
- Solicit feedback from clients and relay it to our team for further product development.
- Take responsibility for onboarding management, implementation, and report generation.
Qualifications
- Any bachelor’s or master’s degree.
- Exceptional English communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential for interacting with US clients.
- Profound knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Open to both freshers and experienced candidates.
