Job Title: Senior Executive
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Executive to manage Amazon catalog creation, optimize product listings, and ensure compliance and performance reporting. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in Amazon catalog management, A+ Content creation, and variation listings, alongside excellent communication skills to manage listing-related queries independently.
Key Responsibilities:
Amazon Catalog Creation:
Manage and oversee the creation of new product listings from scratch on Amazon.
Ensure all product listings are accurate, consistent, and adhere to Amazon’s listing requirements.
A+ Content Optimization:
Design and optimize A+ Content to enhance product presentation, improve customer experience, and drive conversion.
Ensure A+ Content aligns with the brand's messaging and Amazon's guidelines.
Listing File Management:
Prepare and manage Amazon listing files including bulk uploads and updates.
Handle complex product variation listings (such as size, color, and style).
Communication & Query Handling:
Address and resolve listing-related queries from internal teams and stakeholders.
Liaise with Amazon support to resolve listing issues and escalations effectively.
Reporting & Compliance:
Prepare and share regular performance reports on Amazon listings, including traffic, conversion, and sales data.
Ensure compliance with Amazon’s policies and guidelines, and implement any necessary changes to maintain listing integrity.
Skills and Qualifications:
Strong knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, including catalog creation, inventory management, and A+ Content optimization.
Proven experience in managing product listings,
Familiarity with Amazon compliance and performance metrics.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
