Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of HR operations, recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR policies. The candidate should be capable of independently handling day-to-day HR activities and supporting the organization in building a positive and productive workplace.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding.
- Develop and maintain effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
- Handle employee onboarding, documentation, attendance, leave, and HR records.
- Manage employee relations and address workplace concerns professionally and confidentially.
- Implement and maintain HR policies, procedures, and company guidelines.
- Coordinate performance appraisal and employee evaluation processes.
- Monitor employee attendance, leave, and overall HR administration.
- Prepare HR reports, employee records, and other required documentation.
- Coordinate payroll-related inputs with the accounts/payroll team.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and statutory requirements.
- Support employee engagement, training, development, and retention initiatives.
- Conduct exit interviews and manage the employee separation process.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information.
- Provide HR support and guidance to employees and management as required.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3–6 years of relevant experience in HR.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment and general HR operations.
- Good understanding of employee relations and HR policies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
- Good knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace and HR software.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate effectively with teams.
