Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and organized HR Intern to manage day-to-day HR operations, employee lifecycle processes, administration, and employee engagement activities. The role involves handling onboarding, HR documentation, attendance, payroll support, statutory compliance, training coordination, and employee relations while ensuring smooth HR operations through Odoo ERP.
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Onboarding
- Handle end-to-end onboarding activities for new joiners.
- Coordinate pre-joining formalities and joining documentation.
- Prepare appointment letters and onboarding documents.
- Conduct employee induction and orientation programs.
2. Employee Documentation & Compliance
- Maintain employee personal files and HR records.
- Collect and manage all employee-related legal documents such as:
- Passport / ID copies
- Other statutory documents
- Ensure timely renewal and compliance of employee records.
3. Attendance Management
- Daily attendance monitoring through Odoo.
- Collect and verify monthly timesheets.
- Coordinate attendance discrepancies with departments.
4. Performance Management
- Support appraisal and performance review processes.
- Maintain increment tracker and appraisal records in Excel.
- Update promotions, transfers, and role changes in Odoo.
- Coordinate confirmation and probation review processes.
5. Statutory Compliance
- Collect employee bank account details.
- Collect nominee details for statutory registrations.
- Process PF and ESI enrollments.
- Maintain statutory employee records and documentation.
6. Insurance Administration
- Handle UAE employee insurance enrollment, renewal, additions, and deletions.
- Coordinate with insurance providers for claims and policy updates.
7. Employee Exit Management
- Handle resignation and exit formalities.
- Prepare relieving letters and experience certificates.
- Conduct exit documentation and final settlement coordination.
8. Employee Engagement & Culture
- Organize work anniversary celebrations.
- Conduct birthday celebrations for employees.
- Plan and organize monthly employee engagement activities/games.
- Support annual meeting planning and execution.
9. Training & Development
- Maintain annual training calendar.
- Track training attendance and scorecards.
- Coordinate internal and external training programs.
- Liaise with trainers/vendors for learning initiatives.
- Coordinate weekly WIKSS presentations
10. HR Systems & Administration
- Maintain employee master data in Odoo.
- Update and refine HR policies and procedures.
- Support policy communication and implementation.
- Coordinate with consultancies/vendors for HR requirements.
- Handle HR-related payments and vendor coordination.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of HR operations and administration.
- Experience in Odoo HRMS / ERP systems preferred.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Strong documentation and record management ability.
- Knowledge of payroll and statutory compliance.
- Good organizational and multitasking skills.
Qualification
- MBA in HR or related field.
- Relevant experience in HR Operations / HR Admin preferred.
Pay: ₹3,000.00 - ₹24,250.90 per month
