About the Role:
We are looking for an HR Operations Executive to support and manage key HR operational processes across the employee lifecycle. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in payroll coordination, HR compliance, employee documentation, exit formalities, policy implementation, and statutory compliance. This role requires someone who takes ownership, ensures accuracy, and can independently drive assigned HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Payroll & HR Operations
Coordinate monthly payroll inputs, validations, and employee records.
Ensure timely and accurate payroll processing with internal stakeholders.
Maintain HR documentation and employee records with high accuracy.
2. Compliance & HR Policies
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements such as PF, ESIC, PT, Gratuity, and applicable labour laws.
Support HR audits and maintain compliance-related documentation.
Assist in implementing and communicating HR policies and process updates.
3. Employee Lifecycle & Exit Management
Manage employee confirmations, transfers, and exit formalities.
Conduct and document exit interviews.
Coordinate full-and-final settlement documentation and clearance processes.
4. HR Governance
Ensure adherence to company policies and HR processes.
Maintain confidentiality of employee information and HR records.
Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance operational efficiency.
5. HR Reporting
Prepare HR reports and dashboards related to payroll, attrition, compliance, and employee data.
Maintain accurate HR data within the HRMS system.
Key Requirements:

2–4 years of experience in HR Operations.

Strong knowledge of payroll processing, statutory compliance, labour laws, and HR documentation.

Experience handling exit formalities, exit interviews, and full-and-final settlements.

Good understanding of HR policies and employee records management.

Hands-on experience with HRMS tools such as Keka, Darwinbox, GreytHR, or similar platforms.

Strong attention to detail, ownership mindset, and execution skills.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:

MBA/PGDM or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.

Experience in a startup or product-based organization is an added advantage.
