Experience: 1+ years ( Minimum) in international voice process preferably in US Healthcare domain
Qualification : 10 +2 and above
Mode of Employment: Full- time, Work form Office
Location : Saltlake ( Work Form Office )
Office timings : 05:30 pm Onwards ( Evening -Night Shift )
Office Days : 5 days working
Immediate Joiners Required
Position Description:
BPO International calling experience is mandatory
Excellent communication skills
Must have basic computer knowledge
Flexibility to work in shifts (day/night/rotational)
Willingness to work on weekends/public holidays (as per business needs).
Customer-centric approach with problem-solving ability.
Ability to handle pressure and extended shifts
US Healthcare knowledge is preferred
A.R callers (Added Advantage)
US Insurance Eligibility & Benefit Verification knowledge (Added Advantage)
Minimum 1 year of experience in any of the above criteria is preferred
Exposure in handling US/ UK customers
