Job Description
We are looking for a Production Executive / Supervisor to oversee daily production activities and ensure targets are met efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate production activities
- Ensure production targets, quality and safety standards are achieved
- Monitor workflow and resolve operational issues
- Coordinate with workers and other departments
- Maintain daily production reports and documentation
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree preferred
- Prior experience in production/supervisor role is an advantage
- Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
