About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Quality Incharge / Quality Supervisor to oversee product quality throughout the manufacturing process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with quality standards, conducting inspections, identifying and resolving quality issues, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. This role requires strong technical knowledge, analytical skills, and the ability to work closely with production teams to maintain product excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and inspect product quality during all stages of production.
- Conduct inspections of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods.
- Identify quality concerns and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Reduce product rejection rates and customer complaints through effective quality control measures.
- Coordinate with production and other departments to maintain quality standards.
- Prepare, maintain, and analyze daily quality reports and inspection records.
- Ensure compliance with company quality policies, procedures, and customer requirements.
- Train and guide production personnel on quality standards and best practices.
- Verify calibration status and proper use of measuring and testing instruments.
- Perform root cause analysis and recommend solutions for quality-related issues.
- Support internal and external quality audits.
- Ensure compliance with ISO, GMP, and other applicable quality management standards.
- Approve or reject products based on inspection and testing results.
- Maintain workplace cleanliness, safety, and discipline in accordance with company policies.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in Quality Control (QC) or Quality Assurance (QA) within a manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge of quality inspection techniques and measuring instruments.
- Understanding of ISO, GMP, and quality management systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Good communication, documentation, and reporting skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and basic reporting tools.
