Key Responsibilities1. Quality Management
- Develop and implement quality assurance systems for finished garments.
- Ensure compliance with buyer quality standards, AQL requirements, and internal quality procedures.
- Monitor and improve the overall quality performance of the factory.
- Ensure customer specifications, measurement standards, workmanship, and packing requirements are consistently achieved.
2. Final Inspection & AQL Management
- Plan and supervise all final inspections before shipment.
- Ensure AQL inspections are conducted as per buyer requirements.
- Review inspection reports and approve shipments.
- Coordinate with third-party inspection agencies and customer representatives during inspections.
3. Team Management
- Lead and manage Quality Assurance Executives, Line Auditors, End-Line Auditors, Packing Auditors, and AQL Inspectors.
- Allocate manpower based on production requirements.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and coaching sessions.
- Develop team competency through structured training programs.
4. Defect Analysis & Corrective Actions
- Analyze DHU%, defect trends, and rejection data.
- Conduct root cause analysis for recurring quality issues.
- Implement Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).
- Coordinate with Production, IE, Cutting, Sewing, Finishing, and Packing departments to eliminate defects.
5. Process Improvement
- Drive quality improvement projects across the factory.
- Reduce alterations, rework, repairs, and customer complaints.
- Improve First Pass Yield (FPY) and Right First Time (RFT).
- Standardize quality checkpoints and inspection methods.
6. Customer & Audit Management
- Attend buyer meetings and quality review discussions.
- Support customer technical, social, and quality audits.
- Ensure compliance with buyer manuals and quality protocols.
- Prepare audit documents and closure reports.
7. Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain quality records, inspection reports, and CAPA reports.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly quality performance reports.
- Present quality KPIs to factory management.
- Ensure proper document control for quality procedures and standards.
8. Training & Development
- Train operators and supervisors on workmanship standards.
- Conduct refresher training on defect prevention.
- Develop visual quality standards and defect catalogues.
- Promote quality awareness across all departments.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
