- Infection Control & Hygiene: Enforce strict adherence to clinical sanitation protocols, including the safe handling and disposal of biomedical waste.
- Staff Management: Create duty rosters, assign daily tasks, train new staff, and monitor performance.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct regular, rigorous inspections of patient rooms, ICUs, surgical theaters, and common areas to ensure compliance with healthcare standards.
- Maintenance Coordination: Report facility repair needs to the maintenance department to maintain a safe environment
