Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with orders
- Explain menu items, flavours, and recommendations confidently
- Take orders accurately and coordinate with kitchen and cashier
- Serve products neatly and on time as per presentation standards
- Upsell products, add-ons, and special offerings politely
- Maintain cleanliness of the service area, tables, and counters
- Handle customer queries or minor complaints calmly and professionally
- Ensure correct handover of orders (dine-in / takeaway)
- Follow hygiene, grooming, and uniform standards strictly
- Support teammates during rush hours
- Follow company policies, discipline, and service etiquette

Eligibility:
- Prior service or retail experience preferred (not mandatory)
- Training will be provided
- Willingness to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays
