- Cleaning & Sanitation: Washing dishes, cutlery, pots, pans, and cooking equipment using dishwashers or by hand.
- Sanitize Work Areas: Cleaning and disinfecting countertops, walls, sinks, stovetops, and food preparation surfaces.
- Waste Management: Emptying bins, handling garbage disposal, and organizing recycling in compliance with health safety standards.
- Facility Maintenance: Mopping, sweeping, and scrubbing kitchen floors, as well as cleaning walk-in coolers and freezers.
- Support Roles: Assisting with basic food prep (chopping produce), receiving deliveries, and storing supplies properly.
- Safety Adherence: Following strict food safety protocols, cleaning up spills instantly, and reporting maintenance hazards to chefs
