Job description:-
· Maintain, and repair faucet systems, faucet fittings, flush valves, sanitary, and drainage systems.
· Diagnose and resolve faucet issues such as leaks, clogs, product damage, and system malfunctions.
· Routine maintenance on faucet systems to prevent future problems and ensure optimal performance such as leaks, inspecting pipes, and drain cleaning.
· Repair or replace damaged spare parts, faucets, sanitary and other faucet components
· Adhere to all relevant company policies & safety regulations.
· Polite and effectively communication with customers to explain the nature of the problem and procedure of the solution. Ensure customer satisfaction is first priority under company policies.
· Maintain records of work performed, used spare parts, and all expenses.
· Train and supervise junior or new joiner.
· Maintain & care for tools and equipment, ensuring they are in good working condition.
· Regularly visit to the Distributers, Dealers to build strong relation between us and to check display products.
· Read & understand product technical drawings, blueprints, & manuals to plan faucet installations.
Education, Skills & Requirement:-
· ITI/Diploma (Plumbing/Mechanical).
· Experience in bath fittings/service will be a plus.
· Skilled in installation, troubleshooting & basic technical drawings will be a plus.
· Strong customer communication & problem-solving abilities.
· Open to field travel; capable of managing records and guiding juniors (DL preferred)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
