Role: Manager – Investment Banking
Experience: 5–7 Years, Sector Coverage: Sector-Agnostic (Generalist)
What You'll Do:
Lead end-to-end execution of Private Equity fundraises, Venture Capital rounds, and Cross-Border M&A mandates.
Drive financial modelling, valuation analysis, and deal structuring.
Prepare institutional-grade transaction collateral including Information Memorandums, Teasers, Pitch Books, and Management Presentations.
Work directly with clients, investors, legal, tax, and financial advisors throughout the transaction lifecycle.
Conduct market research, industry analysis, and support business development initiatives.
What We're Looking For:
5–7 years of front-office Investment Banking experience with a reputed domestic/global investment bank, boutique advisory firm, or Big 4 Corporate Finance team.
MBA from a Tier-1 B-school, CA, or CFA Charterholder.
Strong expertise in Financial Modelling, Valuation, and Transaction Execution.
Demonstrated track record in executing Series A/B/C/D and Growth Equity fundraise mandates within the Indian ecosystem.
Exceptional communication, project management, and client relationship skills.
