Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to lead business growth in IT Infrastructure Solutions. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in enterprise B2B sales, client acquisition, strategic account management, and achieving revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive business development initiatives to acquire new corporate customers.
- Identify, qualify, and convert business opportunities into long-term clients.
- Develop sales strategies to achieve business growth objectives.
- Understand customer infrastructure requirements and recommend end-to-end IT solutions.
- Prepare technical and commercial proposals with support from the pre-sales team.
- Lead customer meetings, product presentations, and solution demonstrations.
- Negotiate contracts and close high-value business deals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure successful project delivery.
- Monitor sales performance and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
- Maintain sales forecasts, CRM updates, and management reports.
- Stay updated with market trends, competition, and emerging IT technologies.

Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in IT Infrastructure Solution Sales.
