- 7+ years of high-speed SerDes circuit design experience
- Production silicon experience with at least one ≥32 Gbps SerDes tape-out
- Strong expertise in two or more of: TX drivers, CTLE/VGA, DFE/FFE, samplers, CDR/PI, high-speed clocking
- Strong understanding of PLL/VCO, phase noise, jitter and link budgets
- Experience with S-parameter/channel modelling, statistical eye/BER analysis and IBIS-AMI/StatEye-class flows
- Hands-on experience with Cadence Virtuoso, AFS, Siemens, MATLAB and Verilog modelling
- Proven silicon characterization and lab-debug experience
