About the Role
Gateways Global is looking for an Associate HR Consultant to support consulting engagements across HR systems, organizational effectiveness, and people strategy initiatives. This role is ideal for an HR professional who wants hands-on exposure to consulting assignments, client interactions, and structured HR transformation projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Support HR consulting assignments such as HR policy design, job descriptions, organization structures, KPI frameworks, and HR process documentation.
- Assist in data collection, analysis, and preparation of reports, dashboards, and presentations for client engagements.
- Coordinate with client HR teams and internal consultants to ensure timely execution of project deliverables.
- Participate in client meetings, discussions, and reviews as part of consulting teams.
- Support implementation of HR systems, performance management processes, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Conduct basic research, benchmarking, and documentation related to HR best practices.
- Maintain project documentation, trackers, and MIS as required.
Candidate Profile
- 1–3 years of experience in HR roles such as HR Generalist, HR Executive, or HR Operations (consulting exposure is an advantage).
- Basic to good understanding of HR processes including recruitment, performance management, HR policies, and employee lifecycle.
- Strong documentation, MS Excel, and PowerPoint skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Structured, detail-oriented, and comfortable working on multiple assignments.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings or project work.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
