Job Description – Business Analyst (Client Location – Government Projects)

About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst who will be stationed at client locations and act as the primary bridge between government stakeholders and the internal development team. The candidate will work closely with senior government officials, understand departmental workflows, gather requirements, prepare functional documents, and ensure successful implementation of digital transformation initiatives.
The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, analytical thinking, and sufficient technical knowledge to effectively discuss solutions with both clients and development teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Interact regularly with senior government officials and department stakeholders to understand business processes and requirements.
Conduct requirement gathering sessions, workshops, and stakeholder meetings.
Analyze existing workflows and identify opportunities for process improvement and digitization.
Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), user stories, process flows, and meeting minutes.
Coordinate with development teams and ensure requirements are clearly understood and implemented.
Track project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
Perform gap analysis and suggest functional improvements.
Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and coordinate issue resolution.
Act as the single point of contact between client teams and internal technical teams.
Ensure timely closure of action items and follow-ups with stakeholders.
Technical Knowledge Required:
The candidate is not expected to perform development activities but should possess sufficient technical understanding to communicate effectively with the engineering team.

Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Prior experience working with Government Departments, e-Governance projects, ERP systems, or large-scale digital transformation initiatives will be an added advantage.
Experience in handling multiple stakeholders and managing client expectations.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
