Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment and lead the recruitment team. The candidate will be responsible for handling hiring requirements, managing recruiters, ensuring timely closure of positions, and maintaining recruitment quality standards. This role requires strong leadership, stakeholder management, and recruitment expertise.
Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding
- Understand manpower requirements from hiring managers
- Prepare and post job descriptions on job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.)
- Screen candidates and conduct HR interviews
- Coordinate interview schedules with internal stakeholders
- Ensure timely closure of open positions
Team Handling & Leadership
- Lead, manage, and mentor the recruitment team
- Assign requirements to team members and monitor their performance
- Provide training and guidance to improve team productivity
- Track team targets and ensure recruitment goals are achieved
- Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews
Stakeholder Management
- Coordinate with department heads and management for hiring needs
- Provide regular recruitment status reports and updates
- Ensure smooth communication between candidates and internal teams
Recruitment Strategy & Planning
- Develop effective sourcing strategies
- Build and maintain talent pipeline
- Improve recruitment efficiency and reduce hiring timelines
HR Operations & Reporting
- Maintain recruitment database and reports
- Ensure proper documentation and onboarding support
- Generate MIS reports related to recruitment performance
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
