- Answer and direct phone calls and emails
- Greet visitors and provide general information
- Maintain and organize filing systems (physical and digital)
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and maintain calendars
- Prepare documents, reports, and presentations
- Handle data entry and update records
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks (invoices, receipts, expense tracking)
- Coordinate mail distribution and courier services
- Support other staff with administrative duties as needed
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documents as required
- Follow up on tasks, deadlines, and project updates
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
