- Greet customers, inspect accident-damaged vehicles, and understand their repair requirements.
- Prepare repair estimates, explain the scope of work, and obtain customer approval before repairs.
- Coordinate with the Bodyshop, Insurance, and Parts departments to ensure timely repair completion.
- Keep customers informed about repair progress, delivery schedules, and any additional work required.
- Ensure accurate job card preparation, insurance documentation, billing, and vehicle handover.
- Conduct final quality checks before delivery and ensure complete customer satisfaction.
- Achieve bodyshop service targets, maintain excellent customer relationships, and ensure compliance with company SOPs and safety standards.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
