Job Summary
The Biomedical Service Engineer will be responsible for installation, commissioning, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and technical support of medical equipment at hospitals and healthcare facilities. The role also involves assisting the sales and marketing teams during product demonstrations and clinical workshops.
Key Responsibilities
- Install and commission medical equipment at customer locations.
- Perform preventive maintenance and routine servicing.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues on-site and remotely.
- Provide product demonstrations to doctors, hospitals, and distributors.
- Train healthcare professionals on equipment operation and safety.
- Support conferences, CMEs, workshops, and live clinical demonstrations.
- Coordinate with the sales team during product installations and customer visits.
- Maintain service reports, installation records, and maintenance logs.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction through timely technical support.
- Coordinate with manufacturers for technical updates and warranty cases.
- Travel across assigned territories for installation and service support.

Qualifications
- Diploma / B.Tech / B.E. in Biomedical Engineering, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in medical devices, biomedical equipment, or healthcare technology.
- Fresh graduates with strong technical knowledge are encouraged to apply.
