Accounting work experience: (Minimum 1 year experience)
Timing: 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM
Work profile
- Daily accounting entires and journal posting
- Bank/CC Reconciliation, Month/Year end Journal Entries.
- Finalization of Accounts and Prepare Financial Statements
- Strong Fundamental of Accounanting
- Good control on English language: Follow-ups (with clients or their vendors), manage onboarding/off-boarding checklists
- Timesheet Management and Billing.
Hands on Tools
- Conversant with MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, Google Sheet.
- Process automation tool handling.
- Experience using accounting software - Xero & QBO
Enthusiastic to learn:
- Participate in external and internal training as required, Certification of any of the Software's.
