Key Responsibilities:
- Handling end-to-end recruitment and interview coordination
- Managing employee onboarding, documentation, and HR records
- Supporting attendance, HR MIS, and employee engagement activities
- Managing exit formalities and employee queries
Candidate should be well organized, proactive, and willing to learn and adapt to organizational systems and processes.
