About Roar Pictures
Roar Pictures is a creative company founded by Remi Award-winning film director and fashion photographer Rohit Arora.
Since 2012, we have worked across fashion photo shoots, acting training and talent management, helping aspiring actors and models build successful careers.
In addition to our core business, Rohit has directed two feature films that were released theatrically, with one also streaming on Amazon Prime Video. He is currently developing his third feature film.

This is a rare opportunity in Delhi NCR to work closely with an experienced creative professional and gain exposure to the fashion and entertainment industry.
Your Role
As a Fashion & Talent Management Associate, you'll become an integral part of our creative team and contribute across multiple areas of the business.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating fashion photo shoots.
- Assisting with styling, wardrobe coordination and art direction.
- Assisting with basic makeup preparation and shoot readiness.
- Coordinating models, actors and creative talent.
- Managing relationships with clients, actors and models.
- Managing WhatsApp, email and CRM communication.
- Scheduling meetings, shoots and workshops.
- Building relationships with colleges, fashion institutes and creative communities.
- Networking with professionals across the fashion and entertainment industry.
- Business development and strategic outreach.
- Assisting with social media coordination and online brand presence.
- Studio and shoot coordination.
- Researching fashion, styling and industry trends.
- Supporting the day-to-day operations of the company.
We're Looking For Someone Who
- Has a background in Fashion Design, Fashion Styling, Fashion Communication, Luxury Brand Management, Apparel Design or another creative discipline.
- Enjoys fashion, styling, movies and working with people.
- Takes ownership instead of waiting for instructions.
- Is proactive and enjoys solving problems.
- Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Is organised and pays attention to detail.
- Learns quickly and adapts to new situations.
- Is comfortable using technology and learning new software.
- Can manage multiple responsibilities without losing focus.
- Is reliable, professional and committed to long-term growth.
Bonus If You
- Have experience in styling or coordinating fashion shoots.
- Have basic makeup knowledge or skills.
- Have experience in modelling or working in the fashion industry.
- Have organised fashion shows, college events or creative projects.
- Have experience managing social media pages or online communities.
- Enjoy networking and building professional relationships.
Salary
- ₹15,000/month during probation (4 months)
- ₹20,000/month after successful completion of probation
- ₹25,000/month after one year (performance-based)
- Very Lucrative Performance incentives in addition to salary
