Telesales Executive (Furniture & Retail Sales)
We are looking for a results-driven Telesales Executive to manage 20–30 outbound and follow-up calls daily, engage with potential customers, convert leads into sales, and maintain accurate sales records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make and manage 20–30 sales calls per day
- Follow up with leads and inquiries
- Achieve sales targets and close deals effectively
- Maintain customer records and sales data in CRM and Excel
- Build strong customer relationships through effective communication
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in furniture or retail telesales (mandatory)
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Excel
- Strong negotiation and sales-closing abilities
- Target-oriented, confident, and self-motivated personality
Working Hours:
- 09:30 AM to 6:30 PM
- Monday to Saturday
Languages Required: Hindi and English
Experience: More than 2 years of relevant telesales experience is compulsory.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
