We are a fast-growing digital marketing agency based in Jaipur, helping brands across India build their online presence and grow their business through social media, content, and performance marketing. We're looking for a creative and data-driven Social Media Manager to join our team and manage social accounts for a diverse set of clients.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and growing the social media presence of multiple client brands across Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn. You'll work closely with our content and design teams to create campaigns that get results and more followers, more engagement and more business for our clients.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - Develop monthly social media strategies and content calendars for multiple clients - Write scroll-stopping captions, headlines, and content briefs in Hindi and English - Coordinate with the graphic design and video team to brief and review creative assets - Schedule and publish content using Buffer, Later, or Meta Business Suite - Manage daily community engagement ,comments, DMs and brand mentions - Monitor performance using Meta Insights, track KPIs, and prepare monthly reports - Identify trending content formats and propose ideas proactively for each client - Support the account management team with client presentations and strategy decks
REQUIREMENTS - 1 year of hands-on social media management experience - GOOD TO HAVE - Basic video editing skills for Reels (CapCut, InShot, or similar) - Experience with paid social (boosting posts or running Meta Ads) - Knowledge of influencer identification and outreach - Familiarity with Canva for quick asset creation - Understanding of SEO basics for social content.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
