Job Summary:
The Junior College Coordinator is responsible for managing academic and administrative activities, ensuring smooth coordination between faculty, students, and management. The role involves supporting daily operations, maintaining discipline, and enhancing the overall academic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate daily academic schedules and ensure smooth functioning of classes
Act as a link between management, faculty, students, and parents
Monitor faculty attendance, student attendance, and academic progress
Assist in organizing exams, timetables, and academic events
Handle student queries, staff, students
Maintain records related to attendance, results, and reports
Follow up with faculty for syllabus completion and performance
Organize meetings, parent-teacher interactions, and staff coordination
Ensure implementation of college policies and procedures
Required Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good organizational and coordination abilities
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and administrative tools
Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Problem-solving and decision-making skills
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree,B.tech, Master’s preferred, MBA
1–3 years of experience in education/administration (preferred)

May require handling pressure during exams/admissions
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
