We also provide service support for other brand weighing scales. Our service department focuses on After Sales Warranty and Non-Warranty Service, Multi-Brand Service and Customer Satisfaction.
Job Responsibilities
- Attend warranty and non-warranty service calls at customer locations
- Installation, testing, calibration, and commissioning of weighing scales and allied equipment
- Troubleshooting and repair of electronic and mechanical equipment
- Preventive maintenance and AMC service visits
- Maintain service reports, job cards, and customer records
- Ensure customer satisfaction and long-term relationship building
- Identify opportunities for repeat sales, upselling, and cross-selling
- Support service revenue generation beyond breakeven targets
Products to be Handled
- Electronic Weighing Scales (own brand & other brands)
- Cash Counting Machines
- Sealing Machines
- Paper Shredders
- Jewellery Rate Boards and allied products
Qualification
- ITI / DME / DEEE or equivalent technical qualification
Experience
- Freshers: Training will be provided for 2 months
- Experienced: 2–5 years’ experience in weighing scale or similar electronic equipment service preferred
- Multi-brand service experience is an added advantage
Skills Required
- Basic to advanced electrical/electronic troubleshooting knowledge
- Willingness to work in the field
- Good communication and customer-handling skills
- Ability to work independently after training
