Customer Support Executive – EV Tech Support
Job Description
We are hiring a Customer Support Executive – EV Tech Support to provide technical assistance and customer support for Electric Vehicle (EV) products and services. The ideal candidate should have experience in voice-based customer support or technical support and possess strong communication and troubleshooting skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls related to EV products, services, and technical issues.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical problems related to EV systems, charging stations, batteries, and vehicle connectivity.
- Provide accurate information, guidance, and solutions to customers in a professional manner.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, complaints, and resolutions in CRM systems.
- Escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate internal teams for resolution.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.
- Adhere to company processes, quality standards, and compliance guidelines.

Candidate Requirements
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in Voice Process, Customer Support, Technical Support, or Call Center Operations.
- Graduate or Diploma holder (Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical preferred).
- Basic understanding of Electric Vehicles, Automotive Systems, Charging Infrastructure, or Battery Technology is an added advantage.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
- Knowledge of regional languages will be an added benefit.
- Strong customer-centric attitude and problem-solving ability.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, if required.

Pay: ₹24,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
