Role Overview
VGP Group is building a high-impact in-house content unit to dominate our digital presence and elevate our live guest experiences. We are looking for dynamic professionals to work as a cohesive team across our iconic venues, including VGP Universal Kingdom, Marine Kingdom, and the new VGP Waghoba.

1. AI Content Creator (New Role)
- The Mission: Leverage cutting-edge AI tools to augment reality, automate high-volume assets, and create "impossible" visuals that traditional filming can't capture.
- Key Skills: Proficiency in generative AI tools (Midjourney, Runway, HeyGen, or similar), prompt engineering, and AI voice/music generation.
- Deliverables: Integrate AI effects into 30 Reels monthly, create hyper-realistic promotional posters, and develop AI-driven avatars or mascots for park interactions.
2. Brand Host & Content Creator
- The Mission: Act as the "Face of VGP," bridging the gap between live audience engagement and digital influence.
- Key Skills: Exceptional on-camera presence, natural improvisation, and bilingual fluency (Tamil & English).
- Deliverables: Lead the team to deliver 30 Reels and 6 Long-form YouTube videos monthly.
3. Videographer / Camera Operator
- The Mission: Capture high-quality cinematic and social-first footage across all VGP sectors.
- Key Skills: Mastery of framing, lighting, and stabilizing gear. Must be agile enough to shoot in fast-paced amusement park environments.
- Deliverables: Responsible for the raw footage of 30 Reels and 6 YouTube videos, plus live event coverage.
4. Video Editor / Post-Production Specialist
- The Mission: Transform raw footage (and AI assets) into high-retention, viral-worthy content.
- Key Skills: Advanced proficiency in Premiere Pro/Final Cut, color grading, audio syncing, and motion graphics.
- Deliverables: Full post-production of 30 Reels and 6 Long-form videos monthly with a fast turnaround.

- Content Creation: Collaborative delivery of 30 Reels and 6 Long-form YouTube videos per month.
- Venue Coverage: Support for VGP Universal Kingdom, VGP Marine Kingdom, VGP Waghoba, VGP Cyber Kingdom, VGP Playy Kingdom, and Sea Thru Diner.
- Creative Strategy: Jointly brainstorming and scripting trending content to ensure consistent growth on YouTube and Instagram.
