Job Summary
The Team Leader – Car Sales is responsible for handling the sales team, achieving monthly sales targets, generating leads, maintaining customer relationships, and ensuring smooth showroom and field sales operations. The role includes team management, customer handling, reporting, and coordination with finance, insurance, CRM, and delivery departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate the car sales team to achieve sales targets.
- Monitor daily enquiry handling and follow-up activities.
- Ensure proper customer greeting, product presentation, and test drive management.
- Generate retail and corporate sales leads.
- Support team members in closing deals and negotiations.
- Maintain showroom discipline and customer satisfaction standards.
- Coordinate with finance, insurance, accessories, and registration departments for smooth vehicle delivery.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
- Ensure proper use of CRM and customer database management.
- Conduct team meetings and product knowledge training sessions.
- Plan local marketing activities, canopy activities, and lead generation campaigns.
- Ensure achievement of enquiry, booking, retail, exchange, and finance targets.
- Handle escalated customer complaints professionally.
- Maintain coordination with OEM and dealership management.

Qualification
