Handle customer calls, emails, and service requests.
- Coordinate installation and maintenance schedules with technicians.
- Prepare and send quotations to customers.
- Follow up on quotations and customer inquiries.
- Manage AMC renewal reminders and follow-ups.
- Maintain customer records and databases.
- Generate invoices and delivery documents.
- Follow up pending payments and update collection records.
- Update stock inward and outward registers.
- Maintain service reports and documentation.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Poothole, Thrissur, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
