Key Responsibilities
1. Production Management – Oversee fabrication, Production and assembly of automation components to ensure timely delivery.
2. Machine Utilization – Optimize performance of plasma, laser, bending, and drilling machines for efficiency.
3. Quality Assurance – Maintain zero-defect standards in fabrication, welding, and machining.
4. Process Optimization – Implement Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and automation techniques.
5. Material & Cost Control – Reduce waste and optimize material usage.
6. Team Leadership – Train and mentor engineers, supervisors, and shop-floor staff.
7. Maintenance & Downtime Management – Ensure preventive maintenance for maximum uptime.
8. Safety & Compliance – Enforce EHS standards for a zero-accident workplace.
9. Continuous Improvement – Drive innovation for competitive advantage.
10. Assembly Leadership – Plan, schedule, and coordinate assembly operations to meet timelines.
11. Collaboration – Work with design, procurement, and manufacturing teams for smooth execution.
12. Technical Troubleshooting – Solve assembly challenges effectively.
13. Process Optimization – Enhance cost-effectiveness and efficiency in assembly.
14. Training & Documentation – Guide technicians and maintain assembly records.

Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in Production and assembly management, preferably in automation or manufacturing industries.
- Certifications: Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or Automation Systems
