Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to parents, students, and tutors from provided data
Explain TutorCabin’s services (home tuition, online classes, subjects, grades)
Handle inbound queries politely and professionally
Generate leads and follow up regularly
Maintain daily call records and lead status
Schedule demos, meetings, or counselor calls
Convince and convert inquiries into enrollments
Coordinate with the academic and sales team
Update CRM / Google Sheets accurately
Meet daily and monthly calling targets
Required Skills:
Good communication skills (Hindi required, basic English preferred)
Convincing and polite calling skills
Basic knowledge of mobile apps, WhatsApp, and Google Sheets
Ability to work with targets
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Preferred Qualification:
10+2 / Graduate
Experience in telecalling, education, or sales (freshers can apply)
