Jewellery Sales Executive – What the job involves
A Jewellery Sales Executive mainly works in a jewellery showroom and:
- Welcomes customers and understands their requirements.
- Shows gold, diamond, silver and gemstone jewellery.
- Explains purity, hallmark/certification, making charges and pricing.
- Helps customers select jewellery according to their budget and occasion.
- Converts enquiries into sales and achieves monthly sales targets.
- Does up-selling and cross-selling.
- Handles billing and basic computer/POS work.
- Maintains customer records and follows up for future purchases.
- Handles enquiries regarding repairs, resizing, orders and after-sales service.
- Helps maintain jewellery displays and stock
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
